Appointments are really far out which is frustrating. Gross!! Also when I went to get my car I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes because the girl who helped me was MIA. I did find the waiting area to be comfortable but I miss the soda and snack machines. It was nice that a worker came around with snacks but I did not see soda machine. I don’t drink coffee so a soda would be nice. Finally when checking out after paying a crazy amount of money , over $2500 dollars, I was told I had to pay another 3% to use my credit card. I really feel like they nickel and dime you at this establishment; it’s so sad I noticed the turn over of employees too. so many new faces. I miss the days of seeing regular employees. Workers use to be more friendly and not on their phones all the time. Oh and when picking up my car it took another 10- 15 minutes for someone to go get my car. Not to mention the young boy who backed up in a reckless manner when turning my car around . More

Your customer service is exemplary. I liked the fact that your salesman, Blair Akana, treated me with genuine care and respect. He listened to my expectations of owning a new Santa Cr I liked the fact that your salesman, Blair Akana, treated me with genuine care and respect. He listened to my expectations of owning a new Santa Cruz truck, my financial limits and NOT ONCE did he “talk down” to me because I was a female shopping for a truck by myself! The financial manager (I don’t remember his name) was also very helpful and patient with me as he explained the finance aspect. I felt he gave me the best “deal” he could that both he and I were happy with. Overall, my experience shopping for a new truck was a pleasant experience. Yes, I had done my research regarding the Santa Cruz truck, gotten invaluable information from friends, and since I had been wanting a Santa Cruz truck for a couple of years, this wasn’t a spur of the moment purchase. I knew what I wanted and Tony Hyundai delivered! It was a win-win for all concerned!! More
Charged $200 for a at most $30 part. That markup is ridiculous. Quoted $150 charge to change 3 bulbs. $150 for 10 minutes of work is bad practice. Bulbs weren't even defective so I'm not sure how they came to the conclusion that they needed replacing. I told them the windshield fluid pump needed to be replaced but they insisted the problem was the reservoir. When they changed the reservoir the problem still existed. When they finally changed the pump the problem was fixed. Wouldn't give a discount or take care of the pump job even though they were wrong. When asking different people why the part cost so much no one had an explanation. Two people just shrugged with no explanation or said that is not my department. More
