I recommend getting full diagnostics elsewhere before u actually sign off on a car here. I got a car here 6 months back and the first day i sat in it i heard a noise and brought it back to the dealership f actually sign off on a car here. I got a car here 6 months back and the first day i sat in it i heard a noise and brought it back to the dealership for them to check it out. (I had not signed on the car yet because my deal took a week) they said they found nothing wrong and instead found another broken part on the car and fixed that. Okay...me trusting them i let the noise go because maybe it is nothing....fast forward to now. My engine light came on and Tony’s couldn’t get me in so i took it to pearl city auto works....Which was super fast with diagnostics. They fixed the issue which was the thermometer was broken but he brought to my attention that there’s a noise under my hood (THE SAME NOISE I BROUGHT UP TO TONYS) and says my lifters in the engine are going bad and that it’s a 3000 job and he could fix it BUT I should take it back to them. I did...even tho they missed this or simply just didn’t tell me when i brought it to them the first week i had my car...regardless of ALL OF THAT. They still want to say it’s at our expense and it’s sold as is. YES it’s sold as is..but you guys completely dropped the ball and either didn’t find the issue and said there was nothing wrong or simply DIDNT tell me the ENGINE WAS GOING BAD. Because obviously i wouldn’t have bought this car if they told me there were engine issues. I’ll never do business here again. And I’m actually looking for a second car. I came to this dealership because of your good ratings and being a big dealership here in hawaii. If i wanted to get a car that was falling apart i could’ve went to any dealership on the side of the road. So just because the cars are shiny on the outside doesn’t mean they are reliable. I’ll never do business here again. And ALWAYS GET DIAGNOSTICS ON CARS BEFORE BUYING THEM! And make the dealership fix it because they shouldn’t be selling crappy cars! The car i traded had zero issues at all. I’m regretting my whole experience with them. More

Dealership is clean and the employees are very courteous. He did a really good job and was helpful. I lost my water bottle when I took a trip to Tony Honda to get my first car.
