I inquired to Tony Honda and American Honda Financial Services,what is the percentage payment penalty for paying earlier than needed. I got in touch with the Finance Manager for Tony Honda in Waipio and asked him the same thing. NO CLEAR ANSWER. I bought a 2018 Honda Civic on 9/25/20. On 9/28/20 my Honda battery went dead. I had to buy a new battery from Sears. Tht next day I went to see the salesman who sold me the car. I informed him that my car's battery went dead and can I be compensated. The salesman said there is no battery warranty for my 2018 Honda Civic. I feel VERY DISSAPPOINTED, and my son and my relatives will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE TONY GROUP EVER AGAIN. More
