I need some answers. My wife dropped her car off for routine servicing and was told it be done “within a few hours”. There was no call or text, although apparently kurtis (manager) has stated jayce (ser routine servicing and was told it be done “within a few hours”. There was no call or text, although apparently kurtis (manager) has stated jayce (service rep) did everything he was supposed to, thus insinuating that my wife was a liar. After multiple calls to the dealership, both the sales manager “mike” and operator “Barbara” was very helpful in trying to get a hold of kurtis but were unsuccessful. Eventually kurtis called back, and my wife explained the situation and asked for her car back- she needs it for work and child care. She was told that the soonest her car can be delivered is noon on Monday. This is a nightmare. Where’s the accountability? Who can I talk to to remedy this situation? Is there someone on call or a general manager who can assist? More

Excellent service experience! My car had been making this pronounced scratching noises coming from the tire well, I had no idea what was wrong and I wanted it fixed right away. So, I had contacted Sean Kikuc pronounced scratching noises coming from the tire well, I had no idea what was wrong and I wanted it fixed right away. So, I had contacted Sean Kikuchi and advised me to just bring my car down. Now, seeing as there were no open appointment slots available as well as being on a very busy Saturday morning. He was able to see me right away as soon as I drove in and instantly investigated the issue. Sean was amazing and moving forward, will continue to see him as my service advisor.
