I had to bring in my Honda Accord for a recall on the Air Bag; when I went in, not surprisingly, I was immediately told there would be a $125 fee charge for assessing the vehicle for some other problem indic Bag; when I went in, not surprisingly, I was immediately told there would be a $125 fee charge for assessing the vehicle for some other problem indicated by the infamous Red Light... ... to which I unleashed a very unhappy response on Sean; expressing my discontent with the services over the years, and how additional charges EVERY time I brought in the car for basic service, literally drove me away to a private mechanic. In fact, I had procrastinated this Very Urgent Recall because I absolutely DREADED coming in to Tony Honda -- EXPECTING to be taken for some money, some how, some way. Pua Ting Sean; he was just doing his job... but I'm ON TO YOU TONY; and I called Sean on it -- Well, I have to say, not only did Sean take it on the chin like the Man that he turned out to be; but he actually stopped what he was doing, and ACTIVELY LISTENED to my complaints... asking questions, wanting to know more, so he could figure out How to provide better services. And he did just that; took care of the Air Bag... and went to bat for me. Assessed what was causing the red light; researched the warranty; and notified me of the situation before offering to fix the problem at No Charge! I was like, "hah?!" -- Stunned. So I brought the car back to Tony Honda this past Friday; made myself at home @ a table on the sales side, with my coffee, pastry, and work-to-do... while Sean took care of business -- I left Tony Honda, a Very Happy Customer, with a Free Car Wash, and crazy-xxx ideas about coming back to Tony Honda. wth?
