My recent experience with the Tony Honda Service Department was friendly and smooth. It has been in the past but I have chosen to use a Honda dealership closer to where I live out of convenience. The moment we walked in, he welcomed us with open arms and made us feel really comfortable, even though we were nervous because we've never traded in a vehicle before. Steve "Woody" Wood was awesome. He provided all the details we needed to make our decision. He made multiple follow-up phone calls to give us the best price updates and gave us multiple options to the details we needed to make our decision. He had most of the paperwork completed when we got to the dealership to minimize the amount of time we had to spend at the dealership. He made us feel comfortable and honored our opinions. He listened to our must haves and what we could afford and didn't try and sell us on something that was out of our budget. He worked with us to get everything that we needed. Steve was honest and sincere, he remembered us from the first time we purchased a vehicle from him and that made us feel more comfortable about the decision that we were making. I would recommend all of my friends that were shopping for a vehicle to work with would "Woody". The dealership its self was accomadating to our small children and allowed them to play while we were taking care of the paperwork. Steve made sure that they were happy with the vehicle we purchased to ensure that it was the perfect fit for our family. This was the first time that I had been to a dealership that I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. The facility atmosphere was inviting and didn't make us feel like we were just another number. I really appreciated having someone come talk to us about the accessories, that was new. Marco, the loan officer was efficeint and made doing the paperwork very easy and understandable. All and all, I would buy all of my vehicles from Tony Honda or another Honda dealership if this is the baseline that all Honda dealerships work at. Steve "woody" Wood is very helpful definetly refer other new car buyers to woody. He took care of us like family. Being from the island of Maui I thought it would of been rough dealing with an o refer other new car buyers to woody. He took care of us like family. I had to bring in my Honda Accord for a recall on the Air Bag; when I went in, not surprisingly, I was immediately told there would be a $125 fee charge for assessing the vehicle for some other problem indic Bag; when I went in, not surprisingly, I was immediately told there would be a $125 fee charge for assessing the vehicle for some other problem indicated by the infamous Red Light... ... to which I unleashed a very unhappy response on Sean; expressing my discontent with the services over the years, and how additional charges EVERY time I brought in the car for basic service, literally drove me away to a private mechanic. In fact, I had procrastinated this Very Urgent Recall because I absolutely DREADED coming in to Tony Honda -- EXPECTING to be taken for some money, some how, some way. Pua Ting Sean; he was just doing his job... but I'm ON TO YOU TONY; and I called Sean on it -- Well, I have to say, not only did Sean take it on the chin like the Man that he turned out to be; but he actually stopped what he was doing, and ACTIVELY LISTENED to my complaints... asking questions, wanting to know more, so he could figure out How to provide better services. And he did just that; took care of the Air Bag... and went to bat for me. Assessed what was causing the red light; researched the warranty; and notified me of the situation before offering to fix the problem at No Charge! I was like, "hah?!" -- Stunned. So I brought the car back to Tony Honda this past Friday; made myself at home @ a table on the sales side, with my coffee, pastry, and work-to-do... while Sean took care of business -- I left Tony Honda, a Very Happy Customer, with a Free Car Wash, and crazy-xxx ideas about coming back to Tony Honda. wth? GIVE THE MAN A RAISE !!! T'aaaank U Sean; U R The Man! More

I would also like to thank Marco for his genuine customer service. He was very professional and assured my financial part of the deal was taken care of. Even if I had to see him 3 to 4 times, he was always helpful and accomodating. I would like to commend Tracie and Marco for their efforts in providing us our experience.
