I came in looking for a used car. Elmo listened to my vehicle needs and directed me toward a new Honda Civic. He shared the benefits of the new civic, but I was still set on buying a used car. Jokingly, I pointed at a car at a distance and said "whose car is that, I would consider that one".... Elmo said "that's for sale". He went to grab the key, but came back and apologized that someone way already buying it. My fiance and I was literally in our car driving off as Elmo came rushing out of the office making a key turning motion. He explained that the buyer didn't qualify and if I would like to take a test drive and take a better look at the car. Which I did and now am the owner of a 2010 Honda Civic. What was nice about Elmo is even though I did say I was looking for a used car... He wasn't pushy to show me the new one the way he asks you to consider it and shares the benefits which match my needs was really nice. I still didn't buy the new but I felt comfortable to consider it and would be happy to refer others to him. More

I was disappointed after I came home, read my invoice and noticed that the mileage was double of what I have on my vehicle. I have only 7,000 something miles on the vehicle and the invoice had 14,270 in/out. noticed that the mileage was double of what I have on my vehicle. Now it'll be difficult to keep track as the window sticker won't coincide when my next SERVICE will be! More

Used car selection was good. Cars were clean. Elmo was very helpful. The price was fair. Considering I was with the wife and kids, my experience was pleasant and we did not have to do much back and forth very helpful. The price was fair.
