After searching other dealerships and being beat up by another dealership we went back to Tony now with the intent on buying or leasing a new car. I searched out Joesph again and fortunately for us he was working. He made or leasing experience a great one, unlike other sales men he never once mentioned how much or how little he was going to make he made the whole experience about us and our needs. The salesmen at Acura was just the opposite and cared more about what he was making rather then how he could make a deal work for us. That means a lot. Joesph is an asset to your dealership and I would recommend your dealership to anyone on the island. More

Friendly Staff Member: Mr. Richard Nakanishi seconds after I arrived at the dealership. I said I wanted to buy a car which was on the line and he showed me the car. They all offered "follow-up" help when my wife returns from Europe. The all did their jobs very well and are assets to the dealership. We had to get another Honda Accord because our 2000 Accord EX purchased from Tony Honda was considered a total loss after we were rear-ended by a huge truck outside of the Harano Tunnel on the Windward side where we could have been fatally injured approximately three weeks ago. Firstly, being Christians we give credit to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for watching over us at the time of the accident. I also prayed that I would be able to get a red 2013 Honda Accord at the end of the year close out before my wife returns home tomorrow December 28, 2013; Lo and behold, when I arrived at about 3:30 PM there was the car: VIN 1HGCR2F86DA196264 a Red Honda EX-L sitting in the lot for me. With all the necessary safety features Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane watch and front and side airbags. As a side note, the forward air-bags on our 2000 Honda Accord deployed successfully and flawlessly at the time of the collision with that huge truck; it was a "David" against "Goliath" scenario. I can hardly wait when my wife comes home to see her Christmas gift which I got for her and by the way red is her favorite color. Thank you and God bless you all. (I had previously bought a Camry from Arnel when he was at the Toyota dealership, so I was pretty happy to see him at the Honda dealership friendly. They seemed to approach the transaction from the point of view of how they could help me get the car I wanted, rather than how they could sell me a car they needed to move out of inventory. They are smart negotiators, because they realize that both parties have to be getting what they want before a sale can be completed. I got the car I wanted at what I consider to be a fair price. Attentive and helpful, but not pushy. Marco was quick and efficient in preparation of the paperwork to acquire the new car and trade in the old one. Good job all around. This is our 2nd vehicle we bought this year from Tony Honda and it has been a great experience. Long process but well worth it. I owned a Jeep GC which I was tire of pumping money into and we've had great luck with Hondas so we decided to look for a Ridgeline. I looked on your website for a few days but nothing used. Then a used Ridgeline in the blue color I wanted appeared. The planets were aligned because it was exactly what I wanted. I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott over the phone who provided me some information on the truck. We setup an appointment and he had the truck parked out front ready for a test drive. It was exactly what I wanted. We ran into a little snag with my out of state title but by Monday night, I left the dealership with my truck. Scott and the Finance Managers were very very helpful. They explained everything in detail and worked with us on the financing as well as the trade in. We take our Accord to the service department as needed and will do the same with the Ridgeline.
