It makes the experience and stress of buying a new car so much more comfortable and pleasant. No pressure was put on us and he made sure we got we exactly what we wanted for a price within our budget. When we picked up our car, he went over all the manuals then sat in the car with me and explained all it's functions. He took his time to make sure we understood what everything was for and answered any questions we had. We never felt rushed at all. Prior to purchasing a Honda, I owned a Mercedes, BMW and Audi. Never have the salesmen at any of these other places took as much time as Kerry to go over the car and it's features. We will definitely come back and see Kerry for future purchases and highly recommend him and Tony Honda for anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

Benefits to Driver of Honda Civic Leads to Sale I had originally narrowed my choice of cars to two: Honda Civic or the Hyundai of similar size which my son who accompanied me had suggested as an alt I had originally narrowed my choice of cars to two: Honda Civic or the Hyundai of similar size which my son who accompanied me had suggested as an alternative. Arnel showed us the Honda Civic and instead of just mentioning the features, he showed me how they worked, and why they were there. When I asked him about the CVT that I had previously researched, he not only talked about it but also showed why it would make the car ride smoother and contribute to fuel economy. The same with the rear view camera, the ECON, and other features--- he showed why the feature was of benefit instead of just mentioning it. And when I took out the car for a test drive, he pointed out other features---how the car absorbed the bumps on Waipio Uka street, the different brightness of headlights, why the variations of turn signals help the driver. When we got back after the test drive, I had forgotten all about the Hyundai and had decided on the Honda Civic. Arnel also showed the same helpfulness and thoroughness when the car went through detailing the following morning. Just a little over an hour after I gave Arnel the car key, he handed it back to me saying "Done". I gave the new car just a brief going over, fully trusting that Arnel and the Tony Honda team would have given it the first class treatment that they did to my old Honda Accord some 20 years ago. More
