Bad Experiences Turned Around I am so shocked to see that we live in a world where men are still seen to be superior to women. I was treated so poorly and turned away by so many I am so shocked to see that we live in a world where men are still seen to be superior to women. I was treated so poorly and turned away by so many car salesmen due to a different situation than most because my husband is deployed. The attitudes I got really broke me down. Having the door slammed in my face by at least 5 different salesmen made me feel so defeated. I knew there was a way and I could tell that all the salesmen weren’t really trying to accommodate me. They kept telling me that I’ll have to wait until my husband gets back. Not giving up, I found the car I wanted from Tony Nissans website so I called them, told them my story, and got turned away. After one last final attempt, I called Tony Honda about the same exact car (all three dealers are connected and sell some of the same cars). I got a female sales representative and got the news I wanted. There was hope! Right from the start she told me that she found out that I couldn’t hold the car like I wanted to. She insisted to test drive the car to make sure I really liked it and then see what we could do. So when we got back we went over all the possibilities that we can do to make this deal happen. It was so nice how up front she was. She wasted no time right from the start which I really appreciated. I truly felt that she sincerely wanted to sell me this car, and not just for a sale. She was so incredibly friendly to me, was smiling the whole time, and was just as excited as I was! But also very professional. As you know when buying a car you are left to wait for a while while the paperwork is processing. She kept checking on me to keep me updated and made sure I had enough water at all times. What a change from all the bad experiences I had in the past. Long story short, she knew exactly what to do and sold me the car of my dreams. Best customer service hands down. Some people may think that salesmen are to pushy and overly assertive, I went into Tony Honda thinking exactly that. My world turned upside down when I met Tracie. I was torn between the new 2014 civic and accord, Tracie was very knowledgeable with both vehicles and after describing to her what my needs were she figured the best option for me was the civic. She didn't want to sell me something that would give her a higher commission, she sold me something based off of what I needed. We looked at all the civic models and she even went out of her way to get me a good deal on the only EX on the lot. I had a great customer experience and I would refer everyone to her. More
