Our 84 year old grandpa,"Gramps" was always skeptical about purchasing a new car and always drove cars that were on the verge of dangerously falling apart. After some convincing, we scheduled an appointment with Vic "Poki" Pojas and Kerry Kobayashi as they were excellent in helping us with our 2015 Honda CR-V a couple of years back. Gramps didn't want anything new or fancy. Just something that fits his budget and that he does not need to make payments on. Kerry and Poki always looked out for Gramps' best interest and gave him the best car-shopping experience he's ever had - we we're never pressured and was even given an option to purchase warranty for a used vehicle that perfectly fit our budget! 84-year-old Gramps is now a proud owner of a 2008 Honda Odyssey Van and he can't stop talking about how smooth it drives and loves to learn about the extra features such as a backup camera and automated doors. Total all around great service experience! I had to change my brake pads as my brakes were squeaking and I was told my brake pads had about 6 months of life left. Here I am 6 mths later and ready to get the servicing done. Wade is my usual service rep and he was amazing as always. I told him I would wait but he told me the servicing may take awhile so he arranged shuttle service to drop me off at home and pick me up with Judi. Judi was great and I had a couple of great conversations with her along the ride. When I came back to the service area my car was done and the bill was cheaper than first expected and I was on my way home with clean oil, new brake pads, a free car wash coupon, and no squeaks. Great service experience! More

Customer service you can truly depend on! Mr. Goerge Toro provided us a ride back to our home while our car was in for an airbag inspection. The shuttle was out and we were unaware that to use Mr. Goerge Toro provided us a ride back to our home while our car was in for an airbag inspection. The shuttle was out and we were unaware that to use the shuttle service, you had to have made a reservation with the service desk. Mr. Toro used a company car to bring us back home. When we thanked him for going out of his way, he told us, "This is just our normal service insuring our customers are taken care of and that you enjoy your experience here at Tony Honda." We can recall one experience there at Tony Honda that was far from enjoyable, but even then we were given outstanding customer service. We extend our warmest Aloha to Mr. Toro and Tony Honda for their continued attention to providing us with the highest standards of service and their genuine appreciation for us as "extended ohana". Seeing the elderly parents, he got us comfortably seated and ask some questions about the car, then went out and pick out the car and parked under the shade so my mom and dad (on oxygen) can view comfortably. We end up leasing the car, which Keoki tried very hard to get us the price to fit my parents budget. We were very happy with Keoki’s personal attention and his consideration for us, especially our elderly parents. More
