I am impressed on how knowledgeable Royce is to highlight the very detailed feature of the car and through the test drive. Royce introduced Joe to further assist us. He assisted us on the pricing and financing aspect of car buying. I did car shopping a couple of times and it was unpleasant experience with other dealership. Working with Royce and Joe was stress free, less time spent on dealership and they are not pushy. Royce did follow up calls to check on how are we doing with the car and to also follow through with the updates on the car since we left the car at the dealership for accessories installation. Overall experience was great. This time I enjoyed car shopping and ended up buying one because of the excellent service of both Royce and Joe. These are just a few of the words that immediately come to mind when describing the recent experience that my wife Patama (Pat) and I had buying a new vehicle with Kerry Kobayashi, Ron Oya, at the Tony Honda Group in Waipahu, Hawaii. These two men without any hesitation are gentlemen and sales staff that any company would be proud to have as members of their sales team. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a car or to pay for more than our need. Kerry is a professional is every sense of the description of a salesman and we truly appreciate his assistance in the purchase of our new CRV. Pat and I will be married 50 years in January 2019 and it is without any embellishment that I say we have purchased more than our fair share of new and used vehicles. Initially, as in years previous, we started checking out all the Honda car dealerships on Sundays. It quickly became obvious that our search was getting us nowhere fast. Feeling frustrated we decided to give Tony Honda a visit and are happy that we did. We were greeted by Kerry late morning on a Saturday and by 2 PM of that same day Pat and I were taking delivery on our new 2018 Honda CRV AWD. In short, after all was said and done, Pat and I got an SUV with more bells and whistles, for a price well below what we expected to pay. Tony Honda with the help of Kerry not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way possible. While discussing our previous buying experience with Tony Honda we were pleasantly surprised find out that a person we had worked with Ron Oya, a salesman who had in years past assisted us in the purchase of three earlier model Honda’s for the years 1983, 1997, and 2001. Once again he displayed his professional and amiable personality in assisting us in purchasing accessories for the vehicle. I can’t promise that Tony Honda will be able to replicate your car/SUV/truck buying experience like ours, but I can say without hesitation that working with Kerry Kobayashi and Ron Oya will not only be an pleasant auto buying experience that you will not soon forget, but also an experience that will earn your praises. Visit Walt for a car at Tony Honda Walt is the best salesperson I have come across yet, from any car buying experience. He is not pushy towards the customers, but you can still tell he Walt is the best salesperson I have come across yet, from any car buying experience. He is not pushy towards the customers, but you can still tell he means business. Walt will answer any question honestly, if he does not know the answer he will get you the answer and fast. He will ask few of the cliche questions, and none of the ones that trap people into a corner on pricing. He worked diligently for my wife to ensure she got what she needed. Ultimately, my wife chose another brand but Walt's customer service led me back when it was my turn. His attention to detail, hardwork, brand knowledge and patience led to me leasing a new CR-V. The negotiation process was tougher than I had imagined but Walt diligently worked with management to ensure I received the deal I wanted. After this most sales people would hand you off to accessories and finance and shake your hand for buying a car, not Walt. Walt ran outside grabbed my car and took it to get detailed, ensured all the settings I preferred were applied, processed my trade and managed to keep checking on me while dealing with finance. Theres much more I could say, but just go yourself and ask for Walt, you will not be disappointed. To sum it up, thank you Walt and Tony Honda make sure you keep Walt around, even if it means giving him a raise! More

Maria had such a calming demeanor and voice, that I felt instantly encouraged and hopeful. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not once did I ever feel pressured. The rapport that her and I had developed over those couple of hours, seemed as if I had known her for years. She was able to find me the perfect brand new car and was able to stay within my budget. Even the rest of the staff, they literally make you feel as if you're "family".
