Was assured by David Diaz, salesman, that the service department had checked the car out and it was in good mechanical condition. Only 35K miles, and looked good so purchased in good faith, paying over Blue Book. Next day car wouldn’t start. Yes, needed new battery, a very easy thing to check for a service dept. Wipers shot too. Had oily smell, so got checked out as battery replaced. Leaking valve cover gasket! Not a cheap fix! Either the service department sucks or Mr. Diaz flat out lied. DO NOT buy used here without an independent mechanical check. BUYER BEWARE! More

Took it for a short test drive and started the paperwork that night. It was very quick and both Kerry and Danny were so helpful in explaining the process, what was needed to complete the transaction and the fine details in between. They were able to set up the financing with my bank, get all of that approved and keys in hand within two days. Also decided to purchase some accessories which also went smoothly. The entire time I did not feel pressured at all. They were able to answer any questions I had and easy to contact via phone call text. Great customer service. More

Best dealership experience on the island! Yesterday we bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Tony Honda. Walt Ho was the salesman we worked with and he was incredible. From the second we pulled on Yesterday we bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Tony Honda. Walt Ho was the salesman we worked with and he was incredible. From the second we pulled onto the lot he was attentive and determined to get our family into the right car. We saw four different cars and test drove three before making our decision. Every employee we interacted with was extremely kind which was refreshing given the awful experience we had had with other dealerships here on the island. Thank you Tony Honda for the amazing service, we cannot reccomend this dealership or working with Walt enough! 10/10! More

He always manages to squeeze me in for service on a busy Saturday morning; even though I only give him a short notice. For example, I got an appointment for my Pilot on 12/22/18 at 8am and I only called him for service on 12/19/18. That's what you call excellent customer service for being so accommodating; especially since I want the early appointments! More
