He's always friendly and very helpful and consistently accommodates my van's needs anytime I come across a problem with it. This year my van turns 12 years old and it's because of Sean's ability to recognize and suggest ways to keep my ride running at its best that I am able to continue enjoying my Odyssey. And today was no different. My car battery died yesterday so I called Sean this morning (7:30am) and he said I should bring it in asap to get that taken care of. So I did and had my oil change done at the same time. I'm sure the day after a holiday the service dept. was super busy and they were when I arrived. But as usual, Sean came out, greeted me warmly and explained to me what will be done and estimated the costs. He's a constant professional and really knows his cars. More

Not only is he very considerate when dealing with my scheduled appointments, he is always available when it comes to problems that do not always comply with the maintenance schedule.
