Best in service I have been privileged to have had Lori Taylor as my service advisor for a very long time. I sold my '90 2dr Civic, all original, except for a new ig I have been privileged to have had Lori Taylor as my service advisor for a very long time. I sold my '90 2dr Civic, all original, except for a new ignition switch, 28 years later. At some point during this time, Lori came into my civic's life, offering timely services and preventative maintenance and sound technical advice/options that impacted this longevity. Today, Lori still projects the infectious enthusiasm, great courtesy & customer care, and sound technical knowledge I have continue to enjoy with my newer civics. More

Nicole Vinson is the best! She was very helpful in getting my problem figured out and resolved....even though ai have an Acura. She knew about the Acura Roadside Assistance Pro She was very helpful in getting my problem figured out and resolved....even though ai have an Acura. She knew about the Acura Roadside Assistance Program (I did not) so I got my car towed to the dealership for free! She followed up with me letting me know what was going on and what was going to happen. She has terrific customer service! Give her a raise! The only downside was no one asked me if I wanted my car washed. Maybe they didn't ask because it was so dirty. But I guess I should be happy that I didn't pay for anything. More
