Needed services on my Truck. Recall, alignment, new tires, oil change, possible brakes after inspection. Was there in there 10 minutes before opening. Had to call for follow up at 3pm just to find out my truck was not service. Experiences like this deserves more than an apology. Own it, make it right by your customers, and hold employees accountable. More

Sometimes when you realize your vehicle is on its last legs it’s hard to bring yourself to the dealership to potentially go home with a new vehicle. Coming from the coast I tend to do a lot of research legs it’s hard to bring yourself to the dealership to potentially go home with a new vehicle. Coming from the coast I tend to do a lot of research ahead of time. I was able to figure out which vehicle I wanted and got ahold of a long time fixture at the dealership Jeremy DeHaven. I let him know which vehicle I was looking at and he had it pulled up and ready to go. After the test drive I knew I was going to take it home. Given the price of the vehicle and the length of time it sat I had a feeling that there wasn’t much room if any on the price. But I asked and unfortunately there wasn’t, but considering the quality of the vehicle plus fees and such I knew that I still got a great deal. Either way, Jeremy made the paperwork seamless and easy. And we were in and out in less than an hour and a half. Keep in mind that if you come from the coast they will charge you a “no pepperoni” fee 😁. With that being said, a suggestion to management would be consider having your sales people also be the finance people. Honestly I would prefer to have just 1 person I’m dealing with the entire time instead of being shuffled around. Note* There were no issues with finance and he was also a great person. So, to keep this simple the staff are humble and fun, and would recommend them to anyone. Make sure you go see Jeremy for your new vehicle. Keep in mind that he does get really busy. More
