Not good, it's EXCELLENT! I had my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 in for the tie rod recall warranty service, and I also had a leaking water pump. Adam, my service rep,, from the get-go, I had my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 in for the tie rod recall warranty service, and I also had a leaking water pump. Adam, my service rep,, from the get-go, was very communicative, concise and professional in his manner. I could tell he was very good at his job. When you spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle, there's nothing more stressful when you need a repair done and find that dealer is lazy, hires a yahoo service manager, who's been pulled off the used car lot and doesn't know his head from a . . . well, you know, it's a nightmare. Dick's Country Dodge has given me two great experiences now, where everyone is friendly and competent at their jobs. The service, the technicians and cashier were awesome! I will go back. I will recommend to others. The only drawback is they're so far from my house. That's not their fault. I just wish Portland Oregon had a Dodge Dealer. Charlie Riggs More

When I received my Truck there was some issues with the Paint and I have to tell you that Leland, Josh and Benito at xxxxx Mackenzie Ford (Also owned by Dick's Country Dodge) took care of the issues 100% and I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all your efforts. I called the day before i couldnt get my old license plate off (I just moved to Oregon)& spoke to Adam. He told me to bring it in the next day. I brought it in and he checked me in.
