The salesman, Randy May, treated my son as an adult, explained the choices to him, answered his technical questions about the cars, and was so thorough and respectful that I might have imagined he was selling a brand-new top of the line Chrysler 300 to an executive instead of a used pickup truck to a 16-year-old. He took the time to understand what my son wanted, showed him four alternatives, took us to one of the other Dick's Country lots to see their inventory, and couldn't have been more professional and courteous. The truck my son chose had come in as a trade the day before and hadn't yet been processed, so it was showing some dirt. Randy asked if my son could wait a day so that the dealership could clean it properly. The next day the truck was sparkling and spotless, looking almost brand-new instead of the 7 years that it had been on the road. We couldn't have been happier with how Dick's and Randy treated us. "Out of the way" is literal, as my desired vehicle was located at another dealership over a hundred miles from Dick's. Now that's s-e-r-v-i-c-e! More
Still trying the dealer tricks from the 70's My last 3 cars (2 Toyotas and a Honda) were negotiated over the internet or the phone before I drove to the dealer. No trade ins on the Dodge or any o My last 3 cars (2 Toyotas and a Honda) were negotiated over the internet or the phone before I drove to the dealer. No trade ins on the Dodge or any of the previous 3 cars purchased. I negotiated the price on my new Ram 1500 w/Dick's over the phone and told them I had my own financing through my credit union. We agreed on a price. I drove the 25 miles (about an hour in heavy traffic) to sign the papers and pick up my truck. First they tried the age old trick of telling me "just a few more minutes" every half hour....for 2 hours trying to get me to pay for anything beyond what we negotiated! They tried to raise the price $500 because I did not use their financing (even though the salesman was standing right there telling his boss that was already known when we agreed) next the boss (Kayoshi?) said no deal because of the $500 and asked if I would pay half of it, then a part of it, then no deal if I would not pay at least $100 more, so I walked to my car to leave and sure enough as soon as my hand touched the car door they came running out saying we had a deal, next they would not write up the paperwork unless I filled out a credit app (even though I did not need their credit) ....turns out they wanted to run my credit before they gave the hard sell to dump my credit union to use their financing (I stayed loyal to my CU). Next they tried to slip into the paperwork a $600 fee for "theft recovery code" that was never discussed (another customer I befriended in the showroom alerted me to this trick). The finance manager tried to blame the $600 added charge on the sales crew (unprofessional thing to do), but funny thing, he had another form without the $600 charge pre typed and ready to replace the original right at his desk. There were a couple other minor issues from my initial visit like pressure to buy on the spot, pass me to others when obvious I was not buying on the spot, making me ask for my keys back when I was exploring the idea of trading in my car, decided to sell it on my own. The day after I bought the truck I discovered the dealer actually sold the truck once before (even though my paperwork said "new"! I had asked why it had 210 miles on the odometer rather than 7 (on the computer) and they said it was due to being a dealer trade...but then I found paperwork in the truck that indicated they had sold it to someone else but they returned it before the title was transferred so technically it was still new. Bottom line is stay away from this dealer...slimy! The service department did do a good job installing the add ons, no complaints. I regret buying from this dealer but I do like my new truck so far. I will not do business with this dealer again. If I can't find a good Dodge dealer while I own this Ram Truck I will move on to Ford. More
Sales to service ...a great dealership! Went to Dick's to trade in our vehicle that we were frustrated with , yet very upside down on. Salesman Jeff Renaud was extremely helpful and patient Went to Dick's to trade in our vehicle that we were frustrated with , yet very upside down on. Salesman Jeff Renaud was extremely helpful and patient with us. When we realized we were looking at mortgage payments on wheels for what we wanted, Jeff didnt just say " Ok, bye"..He re-started us by throwing out a suggested vehicle I honestly never even noticed or considered. After explaining the Chrysler incentives and grabbing some keys, it took me about two seconds to fall in love with the Chrysler 200! We drove both the 4 and 6 cyl models. Jeff was extremely patient during our process. We VERY happily drove away a few hours later in a beautiful 6 cyl AWD 200 that we simply love! Had Jeff not suggested the car, we would have driven away unhappily with the old car. His patience and willingness to teach us was more than just a salesman who wanted to close a sale.He was sincerely trying to help us and we highly recommend working with Jeff! More

Worst experience ever I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle because I live 2 hours away from this dealership. When I arrived at the agreed upon time the salesman I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle because I live 2 hours away from this dealership. When I arrived at the agreed upon time the salesman was not there, and to make things worse the truck was not there. Nobody could locate the salesman and the truck had been loaned to a customer for the night. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They were very unproffessional. More

I recently traded in my Beetle I bought from Jeremy 4 years ago for a new 2014 Jeep Patriot and couldn't be happier. He makes the experience worth it. We bring our vehicles to xxxxx for any and everything and are treated great. We have recommended Jeremy to any and everyone who asks for a dealership recommendation. Our son is getting closer to his first vehicle and you can believe we'll be back to see Jeremy when the time comes! Joel and Kim Johnson More

But you shouldn't try to make it all off someone that had served. Hopefully the sales manager at this store gets fired. The sales people I dealt with are nice but the sales manager is a jerk. More
Great place to buy a used vehicle Me and my fiance were out looking for a car, we had come accross a 2011 Grand Cherokee online and decided to go take a look at the vehicle. With no in Me and my fiance were out looking for a car, we had come accross a 2011 Grand Cherokee online and decided to go take a look at the vehicle. With no intention of buying. Abraham came out to visit us, he was very friendly and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and even showed us around to some of the new models of jeeps in order to see the different body styles. He answered every question we had on random vehicles on the lot and was willing to grab keys and give us test drives. Once we drove the 2011 Grand Cherokee we loved it, but still didn't know if we were set. Abraham brought us inside and got paperwork together to do a test run and see what he could do to help us out. We went back and forth where Abraham worked with us and our budget and was so kind through the whole experience. I don't think we would have purchased this car if it wasn't for Abraham. He helped us get into our dream vehicle and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More
