After giving Dave Smith the opportunity for our business, we were VERY unhappy at how rude, condescending, and their extreme lack of desire to work with us. At xxxxx, and with Jeff Coe, we had the opposite experience. Jeff listened to us, worked with us on MOPAR parts, fought for us on price, and explained the truck to us without belittling us. xxxxx new we were coming from out of town, and that we wanted/needed to be home ASAP, so they got as much done ahead of time that they could so that our experience was expedited. Buying out of town, and trading in a vehicle, is always a little scary, but our experience was EXACTLY what we were told it was going to be. This is probably the only time that I have ever bought a new car that I can say without any hesitation that I would do it again, with the same dealer, and the same salesperson. We worked with Fleet and Internet Sales Manager, Randy May once again to acquire the correct 2016 model of RAM to match our travel trailer hauling needs.
