Purchased a Brand New Truck My Family and I have alway used Dick's for Maintenance and Purchase of used/certified vehicles since we transferred to Hillsboro 6 Years ago. But t My Family and I have alway used Dick's for Maintenance and Purchase of used/certified vehicles since we transferred to Hillsboro 6 Years ago. But this Time we purchased a new truck. So I work for a large company that gives back to Hillsboro and Does Receive VIP pricing on all new, used and certified vehicles, NO Discount / VIP pricing was giving or recieved, just excuses. Plus we Traded in excellent family vehicle, with blue book trade in value at $11,500 as Good condition. They offered us a Wooping $5000.00 at first, which was a punch in the gut. Back and forth six times was not fun, just stressful. Would not recommend this situation to anyone. More

Amazing special financing department Dennis and team were great to work with! I was in the middle of a bankruptcy and needed a new van. I had been turned down by some other lots and one Dennis and team were great to work with! I was in the middle of a bankruptcy and needed a new van. I had been turned down by some other lots and one lot approved me but chose the vehicle I could get and it wasn't close to what I needed. I called about a van at this lot and spoke to their special finance department and they had me approved for the van I wanted. They even rushed it through and stayed late so I could go get it on Christmas eve!!! They were so nice and easy to work with, it was a great experience.
