I asked if there was anything cosmetic or mechanical that I needed to be aware of prior to deciding to purchase, and was sent pictures of paint scratches, etc., but never told about the top. In fact, I did not find out until all papers were signed and we tried to put the top on for my trip home. It's a big deal because the convertible tops cost 2-3k used. This next one is not a huge deal, but it did not leave me with a good feeling about how the dealership values it's customers- I drove off the lot with the gas gauge needle touching "E". During the test drive I brought it up and was told where the nearest gas station was located. Overall I love my car, but left with a bad feeling about the dealership in general. I cannot refer friends or family to Dick's Auto at this time. More

Confused after 2 1/2 hr wait for oil change/tire rotation Disappointed I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to do what's required for 30,000 maintenance schedule . . .. ended up with a $300+ bill b Disappointed I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to do what's required for 30,000 maintenance schedule . . .. ended up with a $300+ bill because they did a "fuel injection" service on my vehicle. Came to find out that's one of the things dealerships make their money on when it's not necessary on the majority of vehicles, definitely not at 30,000 miles! Embarrassing - and discouraging they took advantage of someone who's not savvy about maintenance scheduled requirements . . . they mentioned checking fuel system, didn't mention exorbitant cost! Service techs at other dealerships always spoke with me about their findings before performing extra, unexpected work, especially if it was spendy. I said yes to recommendation, as they seem to have good, qualified staff up front, trained technicians. . . just need to watch out and request full explanation of work to be done before car's worked on, including cost. Hmmm . . . may not return. More

We worked out the numbers and Jeremy respected our budget and did his absolute best to help us stay within it, we never felt pressured to buy or spend more than we wanted. He’s an amazing salesman!!! We would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for new or used. Janice the finance manager was fantastic as well! She was quick, thorough, and explained everything. She was willing to go back and forth with adding products so that we knew what our payment would be with or without them, and the best part was that we were in and out of financing within 10-15 minutes. Quickest buying experience ever! More
