We visited Dick's 3 times before buying our truck. Each time the sales person, Michael O., was very kind and not pushy at all. We are not quick to make a decision, yet never felt rushed. We spent a lot of time in the vehicle and had our kids test it out as well..our 5 year old approves of the truck bed as an alternative to a trampoline. Lol. Although the sale process does take some time, they have a kids room that our kids were happy with and a TV to pass the time. It was a great experience overall and we are so excited about our new-to-us truck! More

The entire department from the sales associate – Rodney - to the finance person and sales manager was a positive no-stress experience. We will definitely remain customers of Dick’s Country as long as they keep up the great atmosphere! And yes, their service department is great too. ( and as a sidenote – I am one very picky person about buying cars, I do not like to be high-pressured. Thankfully, I had none of this there.) More

"Krysta was amazing" I needed to schedule my Ram truck to have some recall issues taken care of. Regardless of the make or model, recalls seem to be expected with a new ve I needed to schedule my Ram truck to have some recall issues taken care of. Regardless of the make or model, recalls seem to be expected with a new vehicle. I stopped by and spoke with Krysta in Service, she helped me in the past with a couple of issues; Head light assembly that was getting moisture in side, she got that taken care of, and a broken windshield that was supposed to be covered by "Luxcare", I wasn't too optimistic about the windshield, Luxcare wasn't going to stop a tree limb from putting a baseball sized hole in it, Krysta said "don't worry, send me some pictures and we should be ok", It was replaced for free, Should have been more optimistic :).. I decided to schedule the Recalls for a Saturday, Krysta noticed that my Ram was almost due for a Trans filter change, she said we should get this done while the technicians are taking care of one of the recalls that required them to get into the transmission. Thanks to Krysta, I paid for a $50 filter instead of probably at least 4x that much for a complete trans filter replacement job. I also asked if there was a courtesy car available since I didn't have any luck convincing the sales dept. to let me try out a "Hellcat" for the day, I'm a little over an hour out of town and that would make my complicated life much easier, she said she was pretty sure we could come up with something. I arrived Saturday morning, she had a car for me, no charge, I also asked if there would be time to change my fuel filters, and to check on a Uconnect update for my computer, Krysta said, "not a problem"... She saved me another $60 on my fuel filter replacement and checked into the update. Because of the maintenance requests added to the recalls, everything could not be completed in one day and I needed my truck that evening. Krysta said she would have the car available, I could drop my truck off Monday night, get everything completed on Tuesday and pick up my truck Tuesday night...Perfect plan. I drive my Company truck back and forth to work, so on my way home I stopped and got the Ram truck key, raced home, got the courtesy car and headed back to get my truck, I was running a little late, called Krysta and said I was going to be a few minutes late, she said "no worries, I'll wait"... New car prices to a certain degree are pretty competitive, I could have bought my truck anywhere, I bought it at xxxxx, in fact, Amy, who's not there anymore, found my truck for me at another location since I was pretty specific on what I wanted, she was fantastic. To me what sets a dealership apart really is service after the sale. I bought my first new truck several years ago at another dealership, at less than 2k miles it developed a computer issue, when I stopped by to get it fixed, the arrogant guy I talked to pretty much felt like I was on my own, they weren't going to get me a loaner car, pretty much felt like they got my money ant that's where the relationship ended. People who represent a company truly make all the difference in the world, I could not have been taken care of better than I was by Krysta, she made everything perfect and easy for me. she is incredibly knowledgeable, truly is an asset to Dick"s Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Thanks Krysta, More
