Their mechanic (Robert) who replaced my entire rear differential took the time to show me what got damaged when the carrier bearing went out, froze bearings, five (5) broken teeth on the pinion ring gear, and damaged the housing. He made it right! Candidly, I would entice her away every chance I had if I had my own business. I mean it. The Extended Warranty Company called EVERYTHING BREAKS.COM located in Dallas, Texas is definitely NOT a company that I would recommend EVER! They denied my claim for multiple invalid reasons for 3 months and left me stuck 300 miles from home. Lucky for me, TONKIN stayed engaged the entire time.
