Good experience Had a great experience signing for my new lease. This will be the second lease and have been pleased with both purchases at the Tonkin dealerships. 1s Had a great experience signing for my new lease. This will be the second lease and have been pleased with both purchases at the Tonkin dealerships. 1st in Gresham and the second in Gladstone. Arrived at Gladstone with the intention of pricing at dealerships. Arrived late on a Friday about an hour before closing and Brandon Keenan looked as though he was about to leave. He put his bags down and met me at the door. I even joked with him and said "Hey, looks like your heading out to go home. Don't stop on my account." his reply "Now why would I want to do that?" We hit it off right away. From the beginning he was very accommodating. In my line of work I deal with people on a daily basis, contractors that their sole purpose is to get the job done and will say or do anything to do so. So I'd say my bulls**t meter is pretty accurate and constantly calibrated. Mr. Keenan was honest and transparent. I didn't feel like I was trying to get worked over. The only reason why I gave my experience a four instead of a five is that the financial part was a little... meh on both leases. Gresham lease I was sold on the idea from the financial "expert" that I would have equity in my lease at the end of term and would have capital to use on second lease. Didn't happen. Although Gladstone paid for my last two months of 1st lease in order to seal the deal on second, so at the moment I have two Hyundai leased vehicles in the driveway so that made up for the fumble at the Gladstone dealership. It seemed like the ball was dropped on the numbers when it came time to sign but was corrected once I pointed the discrepancy out. That is the only reason why I gave my experience a four instead of a five. Overall I'd highly recommend dealing with the Tonkin family and especially at Gladstone with Brandon Keenan as your tour guide. More
