He came out to meet me and chatted for a bit. After all paperwork was finished and signed, a overview of vehicle operation and features from Michael I drove off the sales lot and received a call from Jay to come back immediately. The finance department made a small error on the sales contract and Jay informed me of it right away and when I returned, everything was corrected immediately. Michael has followed up with me after the sale to make sure all is OK. I recently had a warranty need for my new vehicle and I was feeling a bit unsatisfied from the service department. I reached out to Jay and he was on top of the situation quickly. Both Jay and Michael took ownership of the situation by taking the necessary steps to resolve my warranty issue promptly. Michael has kept in good contact with me and has given me the opportunity to reach out to him directly and he will facilitate any further warranty services or information.
