I knew it was time to get a new car but I didn't want to deal with the process. We emailed Tonkin telling them what we wanted and were quickly contacted by Brock Ingram. We spoke a number of time and made an appointment to come and see the car I was looking for. Brock was easy to communicate with and no pressure. While he found what I was looking for, I ended up falling for the one in the showroom. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and the rest was history. I went home that night with my new Hyundai. He has called me twice to follow up to see if I have any questions and how I was enjoying the car. He as well as the finance manager, Harry were great to work with. It was an easy process and we felt like we had made friends that we would easily refer people to. More
