Corey was professional and was easy to work with. We made a deal on a 2018 Santa Fe Sport and a 2014 Kia Soul. At signing, it was great that we had Harry behind the wheel getting us the best rate. He was fantastic and he really understood how important our time was and was a straight shooter. I couldn't have been more pleased at this point because you never know you or what you will get at this point in the buying process. This guy was top notch. The best part about this deal was finding the right vehicle for my daughter which was at Tonkin Kia across the street. I won't go into details but these guys and I have to also mention Jimmy the sales manager here...was super and went above and beyond getting us an awesome deal on my daughter's low mileage Kia Soul. Trust me...we were there almost 6 hours...and anytime anyone is but in a vehicle it can be a grind...but hat's off to everyone there because you all made it a great experience. We will be back. When it came time to surprise our daughter, we brought her into the dealership and the sales team put a red bow on it and jumped on the loud speaker whih made it extra special! Most Amazing Buying Experience We had spent hours at our local dealership trying to come to terms with used (a base model in the color we liked) versus new, and couldn't come to an We had spent hours at our local dealership trying to come to terms with used (a base model in the color we liked) versus new, and couldn't come to an agreement. We went home and looked on line and found two in the color we liked, but Gladstone had the best price. We called, and in less that 15 minutes bought a new car, which Devon delivered the next day! He came prepared with all the paperwork finished, and all we had to do was sign. He was extremely good at explaining the extended warranty to us in a way we could understand it. He also gave us a quick demo of how the car worked, and synced my self phone to the stereo for me. We have never had such a great, and quick, buying experience in all our lives. We would highly recommend Devon to anyone seeking a good buy and an amazing buying experience. More
