In and out in 3 hours Did a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted to buy and contacted Brett via email. He was fast, responsive and accurate with all the information I needed. Walked in on a week day and the transaction was complete in under 3 hours. Thats a first. Also he walked us through the features before the test drive and sat back and let us really try out the vehicle, made all the documents available and pretty much facilitated the purchase very smoothly. Brett should teach classes on how to engage with car buying customers. More
