We started out goal to a new car on Wednesday, and he worked every day until we went in to get our new car on Friday. We bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Jamie Davis was very friendly and great to deal with. She let us take a good test drive. She was able to answer many of our questions and what she couldn't answer on the spot she went and found the answer to. The only problems I had was in dealing with the dealership. The showroom was in terrible condition. Most of the chairs were ripped and the place was dirty. You would think that spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle that it would come with floor mats. I had to ask multiple times for some, finally Jamie found some for us. We also had to keep asking if the car exterior was cleaned yet and they didn't do it until we were signing the paperwork and it wasn't done very well. The dealership didn't feel like the quality you would expect from a Tonkin dealership. We were told that the place is getting ready to be upgraded so hopefully it will look better then. Overall, we were satisfied. Go see Jamie, she'll treat you well. More

I avoid car lots for the same reason most do, pressure and it's just not usually a good experience. However Jamie was very friendly, answered our questions and took extra time in doing tests drives. We were not planning on purchasing a car but felt because of Jamie's laid back, kind attitude and the fact she is a young ambitious mom we would. We appreciated her staying late in helping us out. Also not sure the managers name we worked with but he too was not the typical pushy sales guy so this was refreshing. Thanks Katie :) More

Jamie took us out to the Gresham location and did a "dealer swap", so my wife could have the exact color of Santa Fe she wanted. "The Kind of Car Buying Experience We All Hope For" This was my second car purchase handled entirely via the internet, great response from Devon who insured I chose my car from Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai This was my second car purchase handled entirely via the internet, great response from Devon who insured I chose my car from Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai when other regional car dealers fell woefully short in the customer relations department. I had shopped other dealers On-line, but it was Devon that provided a written proposal at the right price. It was a long drive for me to the dealership but thankfully everything was in order, I made the test drive, signed the paperwork, drove away happy, NO annoying surprises. I rated my buying experience overall as five star because that's exactly what I got from them. More

I never even walked in the door of the dealership. I put out there exactly what I wanted (I had been to the car show and knew what I liked). I was contacted with a price and any questions I had were answered. The financing was better than my credit union so I took that. All was on line except maybe 2 phone calls. I made my decision and the next day the car was brought to me to my place of work in Salem. I signed papers and Maverick went over all the car features with me (there are a ton!) and was great to work with. I also took the extended warranty so I am covered for 10 years or 100,000 miles bumper to bumper. I couldn't be more pleased. No buyers remorse at all. Thanks to all who made this deal work out.
