Took our vehicle in for an oil change and service, got a complete inspection and it passed with flying colors. The next day we heard engine knocking, took it back in and it now needs a new engine. It was cl complete inspection and it passed with flying colors. The next day we heard engine knocking, took it back in and it now needs a new engine. It was clear they tried to cover their mistake by over filling it with oil. They now was 13k to replace the engine or will offer us $100 for a trade. We’ve had the car for 3 months. More

Mehdi was very responsive and transparent when it came to making a reservation for a vehicle. We had the best experience going through test drives with him - he let me and my wife drive the car on our own fo making a reservation for a vehicle. We had the best experience going through test drives with him - he let me and my wife drive the car on our own for as long as we wanted, despite both cases being a very high demand vehicle. Nothing but politeness from everyone at the dealership, and while there was the regular sell of dealer extras, it was not rudely done and Mehdi and Ali both were very accepting of us declining. I also overlooked a discrepancy with the paperwork and my wife and I ended up signing and writing a check for more than we had verbally agreed w/ Mehdi. Everyone was very accommodating about correcting the fix and getting us some money back, which was especially awesome since the deal had technically been finalized. Overall great experience and love the new car! More

I bought my 2014 Santa Fe Sport and have been totally pleased by any interaction with the dealership. I had my first accident recently and Leo handled all the hassles with my insurance company.
