Our apologies for the long delay in writing this review (I guess we’re just having too much fun enjoying our new Hyundai Ioniq 5…thanks to you all), but please know dealing with Doug, Chad, Ali and the res (I guess we’re just having too much fun enjoying our new Hyundai Ioniq 5…thanks to you all), but please know dealing with Doug, Chad, Ali and the rest of your crew was pure joy. Doug, who was our main contact, was kind, informative, and treated us like royalty. He was always quick to respond and furnish complete answers to whatever we requested, plus some. When we arrived to pick up our car, he turned us over to Chad whose knowledge about our Ioniq 5 has to be the most extensive we’ve ever experienced from anyone we’ve dealt with when purchasing an automobile (and we suspect this skill extends to all your models—he’s studied well!). Next, when it came to doing the paperwork, Ali was equally well equipped (painlessly!) take us through the usual morass of documents to be signed, and also helped us in choosing some of the additional amenities being offered. Hero also stopped by to add some additional important information, and everyone else we came in contact with during our time at your dealership was equally cordial, and clearly well versed in their respective tasks. Thanks to you all, we love our new car and all we experienced when dealing with Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai—you’re the best. More
