Usually, I am told how long the service appointment will take. This time, I wasn't. If I had known it would take 2 hours I would have made arrangements to go home to wait. The next day when I got in to drive, the alert that notifies me that I need to take the car in for maintenance soon, popped up. I have been in only two times for regular maintenance and both times they forgot to reset the maintenance alert. Also, after getting the paperwork signed, I'm used to having them run through what was done without me having to ask....I had to ask, and was never told if everything looked fine after the multi-point inspection.
