We had been in negotiations with one of their competitors that had gotten so unpleasant that we looked for alternatives and we are so glad we checked out McLoughlin Hyundai. Don was so nice to deal with, the negotiations we speedy and friendly, nothing adversarial, and we got a better deal. Don then went above and beyond by driving to the port on the spot to retrieve our vehicle, and then he helped work on the detailing himself in order to get us on our way faster (it was getting late). Since the sale's completion, a few minor questions have arisen, and Don is responsive and thorough in making sure we are 100% taken care of. Didn't fix my car I had them work on my car because it was over heating. They said that it was working and good to go. The next day it over heated so I took it back and I had them work on my car because it was over heating. They said that it was working and good to go. They seem to not know what is wrong and just want to find ways to get more money from their customers. I would recommend not going here to get your car fixed. They are not clear on the work they do on your car and don't give you a clear explanation as to how they fixed it. More
