This place is a mess. They have very few employees. I called many times, left several messages while working on my car and no one ever returned calls or answered my questi They have very few employees. I called many times, left several messages while working on my car and no one ever returned calls or answered my questions. I was told my rep “should be around but no one can find him” and on two occasions I was just disconnected. In person it wasnt much better and wait times are long just to speak with a person face to face. Two other customers waiting for service said they had similar experiences and were furious. I wont ever go back. When I questioned staff about it they responded “yes, we have some problems.” Really? Lots of other vw dealerships to go to folks. More

I would give them a - 100. There is a warranty on my used 2016 Honda Civic A/C condenser. But the Honda dealership wanted to charge $1,750 on the A/C compressor that they said There is a warranty on my used 2016 Honda Civic A/C condenser.
