Unexpected but Exciting Vehicle Purchase I have been a customer at Tom Wood Volkswagen for the past year. I would get my car serviced here at the dealership. The experiences with getting my car serviced were always pleasant and easy going. A few weeks ago I took my beetle in to be checked on. They did a diagnosis of it and long story short, I needed to get a new car. I had the decision to either put money into fixing my old car; it was going to cost more than what I owed. Or get a new car that was up to date and had absolutely no issues. I decided to see about getting a new car. From there I was introduced to my sales person, Brian and he was awesome to work with. I was still upset from the news about my old car, so at first I wasn't so easy to work with. I let Brian know about my concerns and also told him that I was in the process of trying to get a home. Brian took everything into consideration and showed me several options, he answered all my questions and didn't mind going back and forth with me during negotiation. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable while trying to make a decision. I truly felt like Brian was more concerned about helping me out, than he was with making a sale. He even gave me advice and ideas about buying a home. Brian has a very easy going personality that actually made this stressful situation fun. Also all of the staff at Tom Wood were great. Everyone that I talked to and did business with were pretty cool. Like I said I actually started to have fun while I was there. I feel like I got the best deal I absolutely could of gotten. More
