Great car buying experience I have been looking at small SUV's for over a year. Having looked at everything from CRV, RAV4, CX5, Forrester, etc I finally made my way to Tom Wood I have been looking at small SUV's for over a year. They care Over the past 10 years, I've bought 2 cars from this dealership. I even bring my non-VW cars to this service department. They get my vehicle in quickly, listen to my concerns, run thorough tests, and the pricing is usually better than fair. They don't nickel-and-dime me like previous dealerships have. John Maxwell, leadership author, writes that at the end of the day we all want to do business with those we know and like. I've been able to build some friendships with the sales and service team members. And we all want to go where everyone knows our name, right? More
