Brought car and keys to be reprogrammed after I was informed it would only take an hour. Two hours and 30 minutes later they were done on a job that should only take 30 mins. Their answer was the computers are running slow and the. Told by a different service advisor the first software download didn’t work! What ever time they suggest would advise you to allow much more time; otherwise you might find yourself canceling other appointments without much notice. More

Appreciate being worked in, but if it's that long for a simple tire replacement, I feel like there's issues with that. Used to get a digital inspection with pictures and videos, didn't get that either. My TPMS light was on when leaving. Front tire pressures were low. Spare was low. Rear tires were high. Hope, my advisor was nice, but the overall experience was just eh. More

In checking what the usual charges are for this service on Hemmings and several other similar websites, I learned that I was charged about double what it should have been. Car was slightly damaged in the parking lot. Since it was minor, I ran it through my insurance and Traveler's will send them a bill. Asked them to put 33 psi in rear and 32 psi in front. The tire pressure warning light was on all the way back to my house. I checked the pressures myself and all 4 tires had about 38 psi. Way too much. This is an incompetent ripoff shop and I'll never be back. Don't subject yourself to this nightmare "business". More
