I will say that my experience is that they are pretty reasonably. When they service my car it's done right the first time. They have great customer service which is a plus. The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is always clean and I love the way they treat their customers! I took my car somewhere else (very popular known place) once for an oil change that ended with them keeping my car over night. So I learned my lesson. More

With just a few questions he was able to put me into the perfect car without trying to pile on all the extras. He listened and understood what I was looking for and matched me up perfectly. Due to circumstances, I had to wait a couple days, but he was able to secure my car and made the extra effort to keep me updated until I could make it back in there. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. As a person with below average credit, the financing part made me extremely nervous, but John Hiatt went above and beyond. He was empathetic and not once made me feel like less of a customer because of my credit situation.
