Personable experience, last minute add-ons Salesman, Kenny Scott was wonderful to work with in the process of purchasing my new car! I wasn't so happy about the typical last second add-ons to m Salesman, Kenny Scott was wonderful to work with in the process of purchasing my new car! I wasn't so happy about the typical last second add-ons to my final price. I felt ambushed by the $690 tire and wheel coverage and $506 guaranteed asset protection. Overall, Kenny and John created a positive experience purchasing my 2013 Passat and I will go back when I'm ready to purchase again. Now better informed, my next experience should be 5 stars. More

Great service, great team! The moment I walked in to the service department Jack ofrrered to help me. All I wanted was regular maintenance but he treated me like it was the most The moment I walked in to the service department Jack ofrrered to help me. All I wanted was regular maintenance but he treated me like it was the most important thing in the world. That's the kind of service I like. I didn't expect to have my car vacuumed either. The nice men and women who did it worked as a team. I told them they didn't have to, but they did it anyway. Jack assured me that he wanted to make sure that I had an exceptional experience, and I did! The entire team was courteous and mad sure my wants and needs were met. I can always count on Jack to take care of me and my car. Jon, Vu, Luke, George and Cassidy are great to talk to and will answer all of your questions. In the rare instance that they don't know the answer, they will find it for you. My salesman came to make sure I am happy with my Jetta. I couldn't see myself going anywhere esle for service, VW or not. More
