They got me into a car I wasn't expected to purchase, but I'm very happy that I did! John specifically was incredible knowledgeable about the cars and was very polite. I originally went to check out a certified pre owned ford fusion and John informed me that It was taken the night before. He asked me if I wanted to check out a Volkswagen and I wasn't very excited about the idea, but I went with it and decided to look at one. As soon as he rolled the car around I fell in love with it and it only got better after the test drive. I was not at all expected to be in a Volkswagen, but I'm glad John could make it happen. He treated my family and I with respect and wasn't pushy and aggressive like some salesmen. I have already recommended John to a close friend and I will continue to do so, thanks again. More
