Help to consider the best options I did not come into the dealership to but a car. I came in for service - several times - and kept finding more problems with my 2005 Passat I purchase I did not come into the dealership to but a car. I came in for service - several times - and kept finding more problems with my 2005 Passat I purchased over a year ago from another dealership. I needed to make a hard choice and I thought that would mean getting rid of the Passat and finding a another used car. Last time while my Step Dad and I was getting my work done, I started looking at the new vehicles and checked out a new GTI with APR. Was greeted by a friendly receptionist, then Jack sent me to a friendly salesman named Sam and got to meet the GM personally! I have not purchased a vehicle yet ( saving up) but when I do, I'm going to Tom Wood VW. Great place to go; dealership is awesome looking, free snacks and everyone is happy! More

Amazing and professional service My wife and I went on a Thursday night before closing, the guys (Rob, Brian and Bruce) stayed past hours until we found the car we liked (~10 pm). They were extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the different options we were considering. In fact, they let us borrow the car for the day to get a true feeling for the vehicle. With all of their help, we were able to make an excellent decision on our purchase (We love our Tiguan!).
