Help to consider the best options I did not come into the dealership to but a car. I came in for service - several times - and kept finding more problems with my 2005 Passat I purchase I did not come into the dealership to but a car. I came in for service - several times - and kept finding more problems with my 2005 Passat I purchased over a year ago from another dealership. I needed to make a hard choice and I thought that would mean getting rid of the Passat and finding a another used car. I love their service department Love their service department, my Step Dad Marc comes here and now I go here for all my GTi's maintenance, Jack is awesome. Last time while my Step Dad and I was getting my work done, I started looking at the new vehicles and checked out a new GTI with APR. Was greeted by a friendly receptionist, then Jack sent me to a friendly salesman named Sam and got to meet the GM personally! I have not purchased a vehicle yet ( saving up) but when I do, I'm going to Tom Wood VW. Great place to go; dealership is awesome looking, free snacks and everyone is happy! More

Amazing and professional service My wife and I went on a Thursday night before closing, the guys (Rob, Brian and Bruce) stayed past hours until we found the car we liked (~10 pm). They were extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the different options we were considering. In fact, they let us borrow the car for the day to get a true feeling for the vehicle. With all of their help, we were able to make an excellent decision on our purchase (We love our Tiguan!). These guys are very professional, honest and best of all non-pushy, which made our experience fantastic! More
