We purchased a new 2019 Outback from this dealership three years ago. Since that time our experience has been mostly positive. Service personnel have been knowledgeable and helpful. Our only less than positive experience was when we made an appointment specifically to have our brake pads replaced, only to get there and find out that they were out of brake pads. We were inconvenienced by having to take time out of our busy schedule to return a second time to have this work performed. More
