Problem with air conditioning was not fixed I was told they tested it several times and it was fine and they couldn’t find anything wrong. I’ve come through repeatedly to have routine maintenance done on my crosstrek and I almost always end up talking with Wilfred Chan (Will). Everything was great except my husband was the one who waited for the car. He is crippled and limps with a cane. When he paid he was handed the paperwork and told that the car was “up front”. After limping past seven cars waiting for service he found our car parked on the side of the building behind another car. The doors were locked and he couldn’t get in. So he had to limp back to the service desk and ask for the fob. It was found hanging two service desks down from where he’d gotten the paperwork. He was not happy! More

Had great service this time and each time I take my car there. Brandon Morning was fantastic about getting me in and out in a timely fashion.
