I understand this was a busy day and things get stressful in service fields. However the treatment described to me by my wife was not only incredibly unprofessional but outright hostile. Your facility is beautiful and we had a great experience buying our forester sport their but I promise I will never spend another dime there based on my wife’s described experience. I know that for the most part Tom Wood strives for and achieves excellence but I need to be sure that my wife can get service done without calling me at work in tears based on being made to feel stupid by a customer service professional. The best of wishes to your facility and I sincerely hope that this was a fluke occurrence. My family will stick with our sales/service at Kings Subaru In Cincinnati. More
