I couldn't be happier I brought my Forester in for two recalls Friday morning, and had planned to wait for it, but the recalls would have taken too long to fix, and there w I brought my Forester in for two recalls Friday morning, and had planned to wait for it, but the recalls would have taken too long to fix, and there were many cars there for service. I was given a rental paid by Subaru, and it looked like my car would not be ready until Monday at the earliest. I mentioned that I am not comfortable driving a car that I'm not used to. Later in the day on Friday, I received a phone call that my Subaru would be ready by the next day, and that I would receive a call in the morning when I would be able to pick it up. I couldn't be happier. That is great service, and the people at Tom Woods are just the nicest. More

New car purchase We went in to get new wiper blades and drove away with a 2020 Ascent Limited. Chris who has really bad knees had been having trouble getting in and out of our 2016 Outback. We fell in love with this Ascent. Gregory who was our sales representative blew me and Chris away with his knowledge of the car. Now who would know the difference in cargo space between an Outback and Ascent. He could not have been anymore professional in his interaction with us. I’m still trying to wrap my head around all this car has at our fingertips. We are looking forward to our return trip to Charleston,SC where we live. It’s so quiet on the inside we will actually be able to listen to Radio Classics.
