Reserved an appointment with Subaru ap for 7:30am. We were the second car in when the service department opened. The appointment was for an oil change and no more. I understand that the tires are rota We were the second car in when the service department opened. The appointment was for an oil change and no more. I understand that the tires are rotated automatically and we requested a car wash and that was all. The manager handling the appointment was fine explained that the shop was having a bad day. He gave us a coupon for $25 off the bill. I fail to understand why an oil change could cause us to wait nearly two and a half hours for completion. More

Yesterday was my third regular maintenance visit to this dealership and similar to my first two visits I experienced chaos in the service department. When I pulled in my vehicle for service I felt like I w dealership and similar to my first two visits I experienced chaos in the service department. When I pulled in my vehicle for service I felt like I was invisible as even though there were st least 6 young men in the area no one could locate my service agent. Finally someone from the service dept checked in my car and told me where to wait. This is the same lack of customer service I have experienced each time I brought my car in for service. In addition, it was difficult to work and make phone calls since one of the customers in the waiting room had brought in her two large dogs which were barking most of the time I was there. I thought it was strange that they allowed dogs in the waiting area. More

I am from out of state and needed an oil change for my Subaru. Not knowing where to go I decided to go to the Subaru dealership.
