I dealt with Casey Niles, and from the first few minutes on the lot, he pointed out that I was, in fact, wrong about the model I thought that I wanted and would be better off with the next cheaper model. That certainly set the stage for feeling like I would be getting a good deal (and, he was right, what I wanted was the next model down). Casey was extremely friendly and took time answering all of my (and my husband's) questions. He got me a great deal, and I thought a fair deal on my trade in. He let me know right away that my car actually came in early, and was available a few minutes early when I came in to pick it up. I also really appreciated how he quickly and without any complaint or attitude dealt with a couple of issues that were entirely my fault as we did all of the final paperwork. I know it's part of a salesman's job to be friendly and remember a lot of things about you, but my experience with Casey was just so pleasant and positive that I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience while buying a car. More

When I arrived at Tom Wood Subaru there were only a handf I would rate this most recent dealer experience as one of the most positive I have ever had. When I arrived at Tom Wood Subaru there were only a handful of staff on site due to a town hall. Mike was nearly single handedly helping all the customers on the lot. Due to this, I was able to test drive the vehicle of interest on my own. When I returned to the dealership the town hall had ended and the place was fully staffed. Since Mike had been the original salesman I had worked with when I first came in, I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes to proceed with my purchase, as he was answering questions for another customer, instead of jumping to the next available sales person. The wait was worth it. Mike answered all questions I had come up with and even brought up. He was very insightful, personable and friendly. Made every effort to make my Subaru purchasing experience a positive one. I never once felt pushed or pressured to buy and/or upgrade from my original plans and budget. By the end of the sale, working with Mike felt more like chatting with a friend than a business transaction. I do not intend to have another car buying experience in the near future, but when that time does come, I would be more than happy to come back to Tom Wood Subaru and work with Mike. I definitely recommend him. More

HORRIBLE Customer Service If I could leave zero stars, I would. I will never, ever take my Subaru to Tom Wood. We purposely drive a farther distance to Falcon Automotive to purchase our Subarus and for maintenance because their customer service is far superior to any experience I've had at Tom Wood; however, with this last recall, my husband thought it would be more convenient to take our beloved and well-cared for Subaru to Tom Wood. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE. Not only did they try to sell us on a bunch of unnecessary items after fixing the recall issue (replacing the airbag because there were instances of glass popping out and cutting passengers), but they also blamed us for ALL of the lights (front, rear, fog lights, brake lights) burning out at the SAME TIME. Claimed we couldn't prove it wasn't like that when we brought it in. Then, they wanted to charge us $50 for each bulb. Things haven't changed at all at Tom Wood. My last encounter with them, one of their mechanics called me a xxxxx because I wanted an update on my car. Never, ever going back there. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. More

Mike Danielson gave me several reasonable options once I arrived to the dealership, and he was very diligent in meeting my needs once I chose a vehicle. Even when negotiating became a little confusing, Mike was very open and transparent with what was going on. As it was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I was very grateful for his patience and ability to make both parties happy. I would definitely recommend Tom Wood Subaru to anyone looking for great vehicles and even better staff. More
