He was a gentleman with every communication and meeting. He was timely in all aspects of the deal and honest. Pleasant experience. We will be a return customer with this salesman! Unfortunately the finance man was curt and not so pleasant. We were already approved and paperwork completed so it was just the signing and finalizing. We entered his office, he did not introduce himself or offer to get a third chair (three of us were there to purchase new vehicle). After we signed the first form I had to ask, "Who are you?". Lucky for Subaru that Mr.. Monroe's positive attitude and professional demeanor out weighed our experience with the financial guy and helped us have a positive experience. More
