After talking to a couple of other dealerships, I called Tom Wood and asked for a sales person. I was connected to Nick Wade and felt an immediate connection due to his product knowledge and willingness to discuss a potential price and trade in value for my 2014 Honda Odyssey. Of course I understood that the Odyssey would have to be evaluated. I was pleased to learn that two Ascent Touring models had just been delivered that had the options we were looking for. After numerous on-line and verbal communications with Nick, my wife and I drove down and left with a new Subaru. Here are a few things we liked about the experience. * Nick always returned my inquiries promptly and did what he told me he would do. * I do exhausting research about vehicle features, pros and cons, etc., as well as the value of the vehicle I want to trade. Nick has excellent product knowledge not only about Subarus but the competition as well. Therefore, he was very credible to work with. Via the test drive, we learned about the many great features on the Ascent. * This may be the first time ever for me that the initial offer for my trade in was fair. There was no attempt to lowball. * The element of buying a vehicle that I generally dread is seeing the finance person. Most dealerships use this position to push add on warranties, etc. We met with Chad, who used a large flat desktop display to help us understand what was available along with the related cost. However, there was no undue pressure associated with the decision. * The detail work on the new Ascent was done quickly, but thoroughly. We took delivery and returned to Fort Wayne. Based on our experience, we definitely recommend this dealership if you are the market for a new Subaru. More

I understand this was a busy day and things get stressful in service fields. However the treatment described to me by my wife was not only incredibly unprofessional but outright hostile. Your facility is beautiful and we had a great experience buying our forester sport their but I promise I will never spend another dime there based on my wife’s described experience. I know that for the most part Tom Wood strives for and achieves excellence but I need to be sure that my wife can get service done without calling me at work in tears based on being made to feel stupid by a customer service professional. The best of wishes to your facility and I sincerely hope that this was a fluke occurrence. My family will stick with our sales/service at Kings Subaru In Cincinnati. More

Buying experience I have to say, "I absolutely dread buying cars." Unfortunately when your car gets destroyed in an accident you are thrown into car shopping. I did my homework and decided to check out a Subaru. My husband and I came in and Nick immediately came over to help us. He was very informative and helped us find the car that whould best fit our needs. He showed us all the features and options available for the vehicle. Honestly, I had a great feeling about the car and the dealership. I will continue to use for maintenance department and would absolutely go back to buy another vehicle. It truly was hassle free. More
