I couldn't be happier I brought my Forester in for two recalls Friday morning, and had planned to wait for it, but the recalls would have taken too long to fix, and there w I brought my Forester in for two recalls Friday morning, and had planned to wait for it, but the recalls would have taken too long to fix, and there were many cars there for service. I was given a rental paid by Subaru, and it looked like my car would not be ready until Monday at the earliest. I mentioned that I am not comfortable driving a car that I'm not used to. Later in the day on Friday, I received a phone call that my Subaru would be ready by the next day, and that I would receive a call in the morning when I would be able to pick it up. I couldn't be happier. That is great service, and the people at Tom Woods are just the nicest. More

We recently picked our second Subaru from Tom Wood Subaru. Five years ago I ordered my first Subaru, an Outback and was very happy with the car. This time I wanted the new Ascent and since I had been Subaru. Five years ago I ordered my first Subaru, an Outback and was very happy with the car. This time I wanted the new Ascent and since I had been very pleased with Greg Begley when ordering the first car, I came to him again to order the second Subaru. Each time Greg made sure that we understood what all was available to order and advised us about the various items. Each time the car arrived Greg thoroughly explained all the new features. We had ordered a tire/brake with the first car and were very pleased with it so we ordered it again. We have been pleased with the service for the last five years on the first car and will continue to drive from Kokomo for service on the mew car.
