Nice enough staff and dealership but not the best experience with the salesman. My husband and I test drove a Forrester and put our "out the door offer" together which was initially agreed upon. After a number of conversations back and forth via email and phone over a 10 day period (going through the warranty, color options, etc.) and reiterating our "out the door offer" in each conversation (which it was continually agreed upon), the salesman increased our price by $1,100 the day we were supposed to come in and pick up the car. Luckily another dealership in Indiana not only met our price point, but actually beat it on a turbo package. More

If you're in the market for a Subaru, you really want to work with Lou Cavallari. He was never pushy and goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and correct any issues. We had already decided on, started paperwork and placed a deposit on a vehicle when we found out it someone else had sold it the next day. Lou was there to explain the issue and make everything right. He was able to find a comparable model and get it there for us in a short time. After a few days, he called to make sure we were happy and explain any details we needed. Looking forward to seeing Lou when we're at the dealership and know that he'll be who we contact when we're interested in getting another new car in the future. More
